Our Team

Agent Steven Stone has four years of insurance experience and he enjoys the different people his job allows him to meet every day. He regularly writes coverage for home, auto, commercial, life, and disability.

Away from work, Steven enjoys spending time with his family, traveling, sports, and camping. He and his wife have four children.

Jason has been an insurance agent for over thirty years. He loves what he does. Working with personal, commercial or life insurance are his favorite. When Jason isn’t at the office, he is fishing the South Fork of the Snake River, taking road trips with JoLyn (his wife of thirty-six years) or causing trouble with his children or grandchildren. He is a ridiculously loud sneezer, loves Dad jokes and can imitate birds badly. Rigby Idaho is home and where he helps maintain his yard, orchard and garden.

Agent Brittany Villalobos has been in the industry for nine years, most often quoting and servicing commercial policies. Showing her clients the importance and value of proper insurance is the best part of Brittany’s job.

Vicki is our office manager. She has worked with our team from the very beginning. Vicki works hard to provide the best service to our clients.

Melina has 13 years of experience in both personal and commercial lines insurance with both brokerage and captive agencies. At Castle Lake Insurance she has the lead role in our commercial lines department. She also is the contact on any claims questions or needs. Melina was born and raised in Idaho Falls, ID and still resides here with her husband and two darling little girls. She enjoys all that living in Idaho has to offer.

Jamie has worked at Castle Lake Insurance since February 2019. She is licensed and started in Commercial Lines and then went to Personal lines as a Customer Service Representative. Jamie is continuing her growth with the company learning Crop and Hail Insurance.

Jamie is married has 2 boys, 2 grandson’s and 3 fur babies and resides in Blackfoot, Idaho. She enjoys spending time with family and friends.

Becky has worked for Castle Lake Insurance since May 2019. She is licensed to help in personal and commercial lines of insurance but her main focus is in our accounting department and as a Commercial Lines Customer Service Representative.

Outside of work, Becky is married and has 4 children and resides in Rigby, Idaho. In her spare time, she likes to plant lots of flowers in her yard as well as riding her horse with her family all over the mountains of Eastern Idaho. When it’s winter you’ll find her in front of a fire reading a book.

Chase joined Castle Lake Insurance in June of 2022. He graduated from high school at Shelley High School. He quickly got licensed and started out in our personal lines and is now part of the commercial lines as a customer service representative and is pursuing his role as an agent.

Chase has lived in Shelley Idaho his whole life. He enjoys riding dirt bikes, snowmobiles, jet skis, and taking the boat out on the lake with friends and family.

Lexie has been in the insurance industry for 13 years and has worked with Castle Lake Insurance since October 2022. She has enjoyed working in the industry and helping clients with their insurance.

Lexie is married and has 1 boy. She enjoys spending time with family and friends. In her free time, she loves spending time outdoors and watching her son play basketball, baseball, and
football.
